How To Get Off-Duty Model Look

Posted In: My Outfits

Models are masters of looking chic yet comfortable. Running in between endless fittings comfort is essential but clearly looking stylish is a non-negotiable. Their “off-duty” look can be a great inspiration for outfits to wear on weekends or while you are travelling.

The easiest way to create a no-fuss “off-duty” model look is to wear a bomber jacket. They are so great because they give off a relaxed, ‘I didn’t even have to try’ kind of vibe. Perfect for working the sport luxe trend!

Simultaneously sporty and sexy, bomber jackets are a great way to dress down and give an outfit a bit of an edge.

The bomber has a round shape and usually is oversized which sometimes can be a challenge to style it.

Style tip

Bomber jackets always look great when you balance their round shape with a tight bottom.

Skinny jeans or fitted trousers are my favourite choices.

So my recipe to “off-duty” model look is a statement bomber (wearing a bold jacket will guarantee that you do not need to make much more effort choosing other pieces for your your outfit) paired with skinny jeans and a pair of comfy yet stylish booties.

I wore this outfit during my weekend getaway in Nice and it was perfect to explore the city. As I keep saying “everything is a little bit more enjoyable when you are doing it in style”.

The jacket is really nice, before reading your post I had no idea what a bomber jacket is. I like the flowery print and the colour, they go really well together with the jeans and the boots.

That’s a really cute jacket but I’m not sure about those shoes, especially for exploring a city – didn’t they absolutely kill your feet?
